Kiera Rowe

Kiera likes to guide her yogis through a strong vinyasa flow. She started her yoga journey a few years ago and was captivated by how a practise could leave her feeling, within herself and her mind. Kiera became more and more hooked on yoga and traveled to India to complete her teacher training course, which she says was a life-changing experience. Her practice emphasizes the importance of the breath while creating heat to strengthen and tone the body, but also stretch out the muscles and allow yogis to leave the practice feeling more open and with a clearer mind.
