Lucy first discovered yoga over ten years ago and has been a dedicated student ever since. Five years into her practice, the “yoga bug” got a tighter grip of her, and combined with Lucy’s well-established passion for yoga, her journey led her to complete the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation course and subsequently the YMCA Yoga Teaching Diploma. Amazed at the “unity” that yoga brought to her mind, her body, and her breath, Lucy deepened her understanding through additional studies and various yoga retreats. Lucy has also completed advanced teacher training in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. To complement her yoga studies, Lucy is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), NLP Coach, and Certified Practitioner of Time-Line Therapy. These qualifications have allowed Lucy to explore Life Coaching and Mentoring to help clients set SMART goals for their future and eradicate any limiting beliefs which may be standing in their way. Lucy teaches yoga from the heart, and her own journey is reflected in her spiritual approach to teaching, with mindful meditation being a key focus in her classes. “Teach from the heart without judgment, only joy and happiness”
