Eating Well Not Less X The Studio: Spring Clean Recipes Chips & Dips     It’s week 3 of The Studio x Eating Well Not Less 6-week spring clean, this week we’re making chips & dips – the best type of weekend snack and even more perfect for when we can open our garden up to friends this spring.   Dips are such a good way of getting in extra portions of vegetables but are also a fab way of sneaking in your oily fish. I’ve previously snuck anchovies into an olive tapenade for you but this time we’re going to get our omega 3 boosts from a super easy mackerel pate.
